The words I am battling "I think it is a dumb idea. No one is going to hire you. If it is between you and a 20+ year old guy, I'm choosing the guy EVERY time." "You are a risk to any shop. Because you are a woman, and the shop is a boys club and things are said that will likely offend you. If you get offended, someone really skilled could get fired or the shop could be sued.
